WELCOME 2009

Can you believe we are dating everything 2009? Flashback......carrying around one of those little, giggly, wiggly smiley faces squeeling WELCOME TO THE YEAR 2000! Wasnt that just like yesterday? What a line up of holidays for us.....ending 2008 and ushering in the new year. We carried our relaxing attitude from Christmas straight in to our New years celebration. We had so many people donate graciously to the Kozlowski family Christmas fund.....we already felt so spoiled with gifts and wanted to use some of it to do something that we NEVER get to do together as part of our holiday fun.......EAT FANCY!!! You have heard me mention this more than a few times......we are die hard Monster Incorporated fans around here......two words......Harry Housens~ If you are familiar with the movie......you know the scene......if you are not......Mike Wazowski and Celia visit a Benehana style restaurant.....I have heard my kids quote Celia say "Harry Housens......but it's impossible to get reservations...." a million times.....even more! Luckily we have a teppanyaki place just down the street.......so off we went to Harry Housens!



Just after Christmas Coby and Tory announced that they were coming for a trip to Colorado just after New year's day. So we started getting ready for thier visit (packed Christmas up and stored it away until next year) and spent New year's day and evening relaxing and celebrating. Buzz and I have a special party connection. Mike and Kaili like to celebrate too but mood sometimes dictates thier full participation. Buzz and I are always primed to dive right in.....hats, horns, parades, food.....whatever the reason.....whatever the day.......bring it on!



COBY AND TORY!!!! Finally here in Colorado and we were all soooooooooo excited! They got to spend some time with us and some time on the slopes together. Tory introduced us to a kid magnet restaurant here in Colorado that he discovered when he was a youngster visiting this area with his family. This place was crazy and we had so much fun! Thanks Coby and Tory!
One note on this movie.......I made cuts and changes 10 plus times.......I don't know if it was all the lights or the movement or the tape itself but the digital went kind of screwy on me...... here is the best of all the versions!


We also made a stop at Mr. Biggs!



Coby and Tory enjoyed a much needed vacation together on the slopes. Mike got to join them for some of the fun and then we got to have some more fun with them back in Littleton. The trip wouldn't have been complete without a little yoga with expert Coby and her humble assistant Tory (he he) and Tory if you hadn't been hiding behind the couch we would have more than your Butt in this memorable event.......also I heard that the more yoga you do every day the less likely you are to lock your keys in the car or lose your wallet! =) so Buzz was eager and willing to participate.......Kaili did her best to keep mom occupied everytime she heard the words....... WELCOME TO YOGA!!! Maybe next time mom!


We also enjoyed a little quality relaxing time at home.......did I say relaxing......ummm two kids, 3 dogs, fun....crazy.....caring......shower all your attention on us aunt and uncle in town.......I meant a little quality raise the roof time! Coby....Tory.....you guys are not in any rush to have kids......that's o.k with us......whose complaining! =) You also get a little taste of the brightness of the Colorado sun in this one! Some of these shots look like Aunty, Uncle and kids are rockin in Heaven......which is pretty much what we all feel like when Coby and Tory are here!


and last but not least......Mike and I got guitar hero for Christmas.....and ofcourse had to share our new toy! We really had a great visit.......PLEASE COBY AND TORY......COME BACK SOON!
