Denver Museum of Nature and Science
Soon after our camping adventures we discovered the Museum of Nature and Science in Denver. One of the many great museums to visit. We loved it so much that we decided to get the family plus yearly pass and we have already gotten to take some visitors with us. These pictures are from our first visit. The discovery zone, the space exhibit and the prehistoric/dinosaur trek are always favorite hotspots. There are plenty of buttons to push, new sound affects to aquire, new friends, and more than enough little finger approved things to touch. This place is giant and will be a great place to burn off energy in the winter months. There are also rooms and rooms of real life LOOKING animals in their habitats...animals from all over the world. The kids can climb up on the ledges next to the glass and push buttons to hear how the animals sound in the wild. This place defintely gets the Kozfam stamp of approval!
